Noun: Gross-eroticism, to be grossly erotic. I.e introducing rotten eggs to coitus. Love making involving disgusting items or acts. Usually involving excrement, rotten flesh, old food, roadkill, pensioners, mold, trash, silage, blood, urine or radioactive material.

I walked into the room just in time to witness him produce a half eaten skunk, rub it off his nipples and dance around the room screaming his mothers name. This is both gross and erotic thus gerotic.
