One of those small technical items that has no known function as far as you are concerned (due to stunning technical ignorance), but seems to be required. Very similar to a frammis, but more complicated.

He hides, usually in trees, before dropping down onto the victims head. From there, he latches himself on and looks into the brain. He slowly sucks up your friendship, making you lose all your friends. When he is done, he feasts for a week and then moves on to the next victim.

1. Wear a magpie helmet. this makes it so that if Frogburt tries to latch onto your head, he get's stabbed by the spikes.
2. Be lonely - if you have nothing for him to feast on, he obviously won't attack
3. summon Wizburt - This magical wizard can defend you from the frogburt.
