Friendcest

The act of creating a romantic or (usually) sexual relationship within a pre-established group of friends.

Not surprisingly the cast of the sitcom Friends is guilty of committing friendcest, i.e. Rachel hooking up with Ross and Monica with Chandler.

friendcestuous

Like incestuous, but with your friends. A group of friends that's oddly, freakishly close with each other. Hold hands, occasionally kiss, share toothbrushes. Sometimes significant others of the friends get jealous of how touchy feely they are.

Those girls over there are so friendcestuous. It's kinda hot, actually. They keep cuddling and licking each other.

friendcest

Hooking up with somebody you normally consider "just a friend" and wouldn't ordinarily hook up with. The very idea weirds you out. Once the alcohol wears off or the crisis that brought you together like this passes, however, the friendship is probably in for a little weirdness.

Coined in 2007 by yours truly.

Girl 1: "I was at this party last night, and Mike tried to kiss me! I was all like, no, that would be friendcest. I didn't want things to be all weird between us."
Girl 2: "Ew! I had friendcest with Bill once. His ex-girlfriend found out and got so mad! But she's the one who dumped him anyway, so she needs to stfu."

Bestest Friendest

Your "Bestest Friendest" is someone so close, the title "best friend" just isn't enough. However, you can have a best friend *and* and bestest friendest at the same time-- the bestest friendest would be closest of course, and the best friend would be your second closest friend.

Chara is my best friend, but Natalie is my bestest friendest.
