the point before a woman finds a GOOD prospect of a man...once she has exhaled...he could be a keeper

ruths exhaler

When your friend does not know what an inhaler is and has bad ocd. They see someone’s messy locker and scream and faint and may yell “I need an.. what u call it.. and exhaler” Indeed this person who says it is normally dumb but can be extremely dumb too.

“I NEED AN EXHALER.. RUTHS EXHALERS!”
When I unassemble I use Ruth’s exhalers to help me.
