Joining an Eshkeelaay is when you and a few of your friends take Viagra and sit around in a circle, jacking each other before finishing on each other.
Joining an Eshkeelaay is generally looked down upon, and only preformed by a small number of sick-minded individuals. General rule-of-thumb is to never join an Eshkeelaay.
