EPCOT Center

The original name for the Disney park that's now known as "Epcot". The "EPCOT Center" name was used from the day the park opened in 1982 up until around 1994. The old name is occasionally used again on retro-themed merchandise and by some news outlets.

The reason behind the name change is unknown, and fans tend to be divided over whether it was for the better or worse.

"Hey! Do you wanna go to EPCOT Center?"
"Actually it's just called "Epcot" now."
"...well, alright."

Left in Epcot

Being abandoned in an unfavorable location, more specifically when someone takes your only mode of transportation and strands you in an area out of spite or anger.

Separate from being ditched, as rather then a group leaving one person, one person leaves the group (with the transportation).

If you don't tip our driver you are totally going to get us left in Epcot.
