The act of questioning and/or berating a chair filling the role of someone else. Named after Clint Eastwood, who spoke at the 2012 Republican party convention while pretending Barack Obama was sitting in the chair next to him. Eastwood asked "Obama" questions about his policies and pretended to receive insulting responses.
"Ever since The Republican Convention, Tumblr is full of pictures of people Eastwooding with their chairs."

Clint Eastwood #eastwooding an invisible Barack Obama in that empty chair at the Republican National Convention could be interpreted as a guerrilla one-man act about underfunding of mental health care under a GOP administration.

The act of pretending that an empty chair is, indeed, Barack Obama (president at the current time).
It is named after Clint Eastwood who at the Nation Republican Convention in 2012 used an empty chair to represent President Obama and pretended to have a conversation with it.
