Old fashioned and really out of touch person.

A great example is the famous host of the popular late night radio show Coast to Coast am and lover of scorching hot pizza rolls, George Noory
Usually people like this have old out of date ideas and are extreme prudes that are scared of nudes.

Guest: I'm so pissed
George Noory: now now you can't use such abrasive language on a show that airs at midnight!
Guest after the show: Damn you know that guy got mad about me saying pissed off? What a fuddy-duddy!
