A bad case of lack of motor function in your hands. Typically, a person with the dropsies drops nearly everything. It is possible to catch the dropsies intermittently, and be an intermittent dropper, but a full blown case of the dropsies typically leads to screaming "shit! Fuck!", making the utterer a near-constant shitfucker with a bad case of the dropsies
