Dextromethorphan

Dextromethorphan is a salt of the methyl ether dextrorotatory isomer of levorphanol, a narcotic (opioid) analgesic (and DXM itself is an isomer, i.e., a mirror image in the 3D space, of levomethorphan, a substance considered an opioid1). It is chemically named as 3-methoxy-17-methyl-9(alpha), 13(alpha), 14(alpha)-morphinan hydrobromide monohydrate. DXM occurs as white crystals, is sparingly soluble in water, and freely soluble in alcohol. The drug is dextrorotatory in water (at 20 degrees Celsius, Sodium D-line) with a specific rotation of +27.6 degrees.

Dextromethorphan is a codine replacement.
Dextromethorphan can be both the most badass, and most scary drug one could use...NEVER underestimate it!

A website dedicated to DXM information. DXM is the drug commonly found in over the counter cough medication such as Robitussin or Cordicin Cold & Cough. Site contains warnings, trip reports, dosage information, etc.

Deathonsteroid is more of a adjective than an everyday term. It can refer to the drug Death but with assorted steroid drugs, but most commonly means someone who can't figure out how to get good and gets stuck in low ranks.

Noun: Dude, try this deathonsteroid. When I took it, a dragon's ass came from Mars and blew up New York City.

Adjective: Lol, look at this kid playing Brawlhalla over here. 200 wins and he's stuck in Silver. What a deathonsteroid.

Disassociative anesthetic used as cough supressant in cough syrup. Frequently abused for the god-damn cool trip it gives you.
