A craigtatorship is when on a team of equal members, one member becomes the unofficial de facto leader because of his or her competence and uncontrollable creative energy. A Craigtator may take many large steps with the group to achieve whatever he or she desires, and it usually ends up being great for everyone involved. A Craigtator is at the same time benevolent and tyrannical, a lot of fun and authoritative.

Without Roger Waters taking control of Pink Floyd and turning it into a Craigtatorship, the visionary albums of Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall would’ve never been created.
