Verb. To disassemble something to use the parts individually, or to take out parts to repair something. Can be used to refer to anything, such as electronics and others, but is derived from the noun "chop shop", where stolen cars had their parts removed in order to sell it or use in a different vehicle

A thief chop shopped David's Skyline and sold the motor for 45 long.
