A rare hybrid of a RAWR, white trash, hick, and ghetto. Usually indigenous to western PA and West Virginia but also found in other parts of America and the world. They often do or have some of the following things smoke/chew, have facial piercings, use onehundred and middle finger emoji, have everything zebra and cheetah print, wear spaghetti straps to show off boobs, take low quality selfies, wear monster and fox, still use Facebook, weird borders on selfies, have 2004 haircuts with weird colors or over exaggerated streaks , black ass eye make-up, grills, fuck black woman/men, wear flat brimmed hats, white but talk black, etc.
