One who is experienced with and knows a good deal about cannabis. Similar to a barista for coffee or a capoeirista for capoeira.

Dang, Todd has been smoking weed for a long time. Like, he knows a LOT about it.

The opposite of cannabliss. Cannapiss is when you have a bad high( feeling stress or brain dead). It can also be used to describe a pot hangover.
