When a person talks constantly not following a random or vague train of thought usually almst ignoring the imput of the other members of the conversation. Often occurs when a person if tired and chatty.

Please stop burbling, your starting too piss everyone off, just go to sleep.

To produce rudimentary horn sounds with ones mouth, generally used to imitate a catchy Disney tune.

When my friend tries to imitate princess jazmine and/or Aladdin in a whole new world, she does so by burbling with complete abandon.
