Bubay

When you see a baby with a lot of bum you would call it a bubay. The bubay is known for having a very sloppy, poo-filled bum at all times. Try to avoid a bubay if you want to keep your nose (it may fall off from the stench).

Person 1: what is that magnificent creature over there?
Person 2: oh that stinky thingy, thats a bubay.
Person 1: oh no. Time to run
