A Junky that smokes crytal meth off of a light bulb shard. Or someone who fashions a chemical smoking pipe out of a light bulb

Any cracked out, strung out, sketched out
drug addict is potentially a Bulbsmith.
They have usually been awake for days and are the only ones who buy the light bulbs
sold at Seven-Eleven.
