The act of sounding using an U.S. Military chili and macaroni flavor MRE (colloquially known as a chilimac)
The procedure involves sounding a friend or amicable individual with an MRE spoon with the spoon end outside of the penis. The one assisting with the sounding then consumes the MRE with the receivers penis, being careful as to not allow the Tabasco to enter the urethra of the receiver. The one now eating the MRE evacuates the eaten food for use in the next procedure, the one assisting now removes the MRE spoon and inserts a funnel. The one assisting now takes the pre chewed food and proceeds to implant the food inside the receivers penis via the funnel. Once the one assisting removes the funnel, the one receiving now probes the introduced food to ensure steady carry. The one receiving now proceeds to process the food via vigorous blunt force against nearby objects so long as the food remains in the erect outer penis. Once fully processed the one receiving now evacuates the fully processed bolus to be consumed and finally swallowed by the one assisting.
