Take the top off. Then, put a thumb-tac into the "lever" (it looks white-ish with a hole).
Now, put the top on STRAIGHTLY! It will not work if it does not go on perfectly straight.

Most commonly done in schools as pranks from overly confident teenagers, although if one breathes in to much of the Axe it can cause serious breathing issues and in some cases death, which is why this act should be punishable for attempted murder since Axe bombing has a chance of suffocating people to death.
