Assault Weapon

Anything you can hurt someone with. I can take my shirt off, wrap it around your neck, and choke you with it, that makes it an assault weapon. I could throw a teddy bear at your head really hard, that makes it an assault weapon. I could intentionally give you a paper cut, that makes the paper I used an assault weapon.

Frequently misused to describe semi-automatic weapons.

Term coined by Violence Policy Center head Josh Sugarmann to describe cililian semiautomatic firearms with a military or fearsome appearance, yet no more lethality than lesser weapons. Derived from the term "assault rifle", which means a fully automatic, selective fire rate firearm used my military and police personnel.

anything associated with the "mini van" body and the bullshit ridiculously easy to drive vehicle, its so easy to drive because of the car chassis it sits on, the full power brakes, its surrounded by glass, its so easy to steer. Anything associated but not limited to Ford Windstar, Chrysler Town and Country, Plymoth Voyager, Chevrolet Uplander or Venture, Dodge Caravan, Mazda MPV, Toyota Sienna, Nissan Quest, and last and most definatly deserves to be least Kia Sedona because of its complimentary paper plate brake rotors, toilet paper roll drivetrain, twizzlers for spark plug wires, cheap supermarket send a kid to camp for $1 plastic bags for air bags, and coca cola can hull.

Nerd Assault

Nerd assault occurs when an average or mediocre student outperforms a nerd on a particular assignment or exam, and subsequently informs the nerd that he/she was beat with minimal or no effort.

Dick - "Hey Nerd, what you get on that exam?"
Nerd - "91 percent."
Dick - "Wow. Good job. How long you study?"
Nerd - "About 14 hours."
Dick - "Cool. I only studied an hour before the exam and got a 94 percent."
Gary - "Haha Dick. That's some nerd assault."
