Refers to an unhealthy/unnatural dependency on certain substances/behaviors which causes you to act like a total dick to everyone around you.

Tronald Dump was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and has never learned to respect others; he seems totally obsessed with being as arrogant and obnoxious as possible. I’d say he has a major addicktion!

A faincer way to either call someone gay or to call a woman a slut.
A "penis-addickt" is someone who cannot stand to stay one day without riding some penis.
Or "a blowjob addict" or "a sex addict" or just being addicted to any penis related abilities.

It also is a wordplay on "addict" and "dick" to make it sound funnier.

Person 1: "I need some MAD penis right now"
Person 2: "STOP BEING A PENIS-ADDICKT JESUS"

Where being a slut is a choice, being addickted is not. having sex is like a drug to them, they cannot stop even if they wanted to. Being Addickted is a medical illness wich only age will cure, in most cases.
