A person who is in the habit of constantly agreeing with others, by means of the expression "Yup."
The expression can be used in substition of Yup as well.

Alex 39 says: "the whole island has a week off right?"
BondServant the LORD, God Almighty! is Thrice Holy! Glorious is the King of Kings!! says: "yup"
