Same as you bet. It means that you are completely sure of what you or someone else has said; certainly.

Gabuscus: You're starting a fund-raising campaign?!
Tobuscus: You bet your bucket I am!
Gabuscus: That's not even a saying!
Tobuscus: I was thinking we could raise money for weapons, so we could defeat the zombies.

You bet your dick and balls 

A phrase said when something is sure to happen. A guarantee.
Example 1
Don: You going to the ice cream social tonight?
Craig: You bet your dick and balls I am!

Example 2
Craig: Are you trading that Carlton Fisk baseball card?
Don: You bet your dick and balls I am!

You bet your sweet patootie 

It means the same as the phrases, "you bet your ass" and, "you bet your dick and balls".
That is, you're absolutely, positively, 100% certain about the final outcome of a situation.

To belief in something so certainly one would put their butt on the line.
'We're not really going to do this are we?' she asked incredulously.

'You bet your butt we are,' he replied.

You bet your bungy 

person 1: Are you coming to Jake's?
person 2: You bet your bungy I am

You bet not never 

A double-negative phrase used to intimidate someone who says something offensive or physically threatens you. talking tough, acting tough, frontin', fronting, bullying, bullied, threaten, intimidate, step correct, hurt, challenge, verbal beatdown
Man, you bet not never try to fight me! I'll throw you a beating you ain't never seen, bro!
