The opposite of overused.
A word that you had in your daily vocabulary but somehow forgot. It might even got overused but because you haven't used it in a long time it got underused again

Guy1: There's a wet t-shirt contest in the hotel.
Guy2: Epic!
Guy1: They're still looking for 3 judges btw.
Guy3: We gotta register as judges.
Guy1: Already done guys, and guess what we were already picked
Guy2&3: Legendary!
Guy1: Guys that's not legendary, that's fucking ZEDERN!
Guy2: God totally forgot zedern, totally underused :P

What an employer does when you are being interviewed and they don't see your value as an employee, they just sit across from you and undress you with their eyes.

I was feeling really good about the interview, but I could tell that all the bastard did was undresstimate me. I didn't get the job, but he asked me out for a drink.

This is used when you ask someone on a friendly date, and want to let them know that there is no chance that the two of you will be having sex afterwards.

Sally: Hey John, wanna come with me to the Canadian High Commission tonight? They're screening a Canadian film there.

John: Uh, cool. What's the setup there, like what should I wear?

Sally: I'm not entirely sure, but don't dress to undress, I need to be somewhere else at half past nine.
