Industrial Tribunal

Industrial Tribunal (UK) used to be a court designed to deal with the bad employers. It is now a sham, 1000s of good employers are ending up being IT'd due to 'no win - no fee solicitors' and an oppressive spiteful govenment.
We're not sure what we did wrong, it's so complicated. We spent £12k on legal fees in the run up to court. We made a mistake in our HR procedures and were fined £16k. I have now lost my house and my company. Turns out that the claimant has done this 3 times before.

Tribunalism

Trubunalism refers to the way legal cases are used by elites in a society to 'make an example' of something they think is wrong by prosecuting someone who is an easy target.
A chav faced four years in prison for trolling on Facebook against a rich businessman. This is such tribunalism - the judge should be ashamed of themselves.

Nuremberg Military Tribunals

"ARTICLE 19.The tribunal shall not be bound by technical rules of evidence. It shall adopt and apply to the greatest possible extent expeditious and non-technical procedure, and shall admit any evidence which it deems to have probative value...." "ARTICLE 21.The Tribunal shall not require proof of facts of common knowledge but shall take judicial notice thereof...." The above makes it likely that unsubstantive evidence could be submitted and result in a conviction.I am not saying that this happened .
Herr Goring was accused of waging "an aggressive war".
