A Traphouse is a house that is scheduled to be demolished, or in default, where all the residents are facing imminent homelessness, police raid, break-ins, theft, and unscrupulous debt if they try to save their home. The trap is set to invite naive people into paying them "rent" for a room in house, but not telling them that they will all be kicked out next month.

Never loan anything to anyone if you are in a Traphouse because you'll never get it back.
