A play on words to describe a situation with both herb and tobacco.
1. A spliff
2. Smoking tobacco near burning herb to disguise the smell.
3. Something to tell someone who asks about a rolly.

1. Eddy rolls three spliffs a day, sometimes seven, for whatever happens.
2. Spark a marb I'm sparking a J.
3. Some Scroungy Fuck: "Is that a joint? Can I hit that shit?"
Me: "No, It's urban tobacco."

Tooba

A female, usually muslim; A really pretty, sweet girl. She seems shy or quiet at first, but she's actually a crazy and cute person. She is hot, but cute. Sweet, but sassy. Smart and funny. Tall and Skinny. PERFECT. She is someone you can always count on and tell anything to. I'm in love with a Tooba and it is the best thing in the world. People make her seem like a bad person or say negative things about her, but they are just jealous. Tooba's are the most honest people in the world and they hate liars.

Tooba is perfect.

toebat

Franco-canadian slang that originated in Quebec city and was later democratized by punk bands from the greater Quebec region who played there. Designates a bro, a schmuck, a douchebag, a lousy person. While typically used by francophones, anglophones have started using it too.

Can be pluralized as toebats.
