The definition of being a Thot and being Loyal at the same time. Being a hoe on a night out, but being loyal in the end. You can be loyal to your significant other, but also be thoyal to another person, or multiple people. It is the stage before a person officially becomes a side hoe, meaning it is a pre-sidehoe phase, but can quickly be converted to sidehoe in one night. Your thoyalty(thot-loyalty) towards another person proves you are the ultimate thot, but will never be above the loyalty to your significant other.
