Toobrokulosis

1. A condition in which one possesses too little money to be able to meet one's needs.

2. Being too poor to be able to get out of trouble with nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Sufferers of Toobrokulosis may often receive harsher penalties than those with more money.

3. The opposite of affluenza

Affluenza may be a condition that comes with many problems, but carriers of the condition's cause have a higher resistance to the even more crippling condition of Toobrokulosis.
