The last remaining shit snot that hangs off of your asshole like a loogie from your nose after you sneeze.

After Tom John took a shit in the bathroom, he forgot to remove the shloogie from his ass. Therefore ruining his brand new pair of Hanes under-ware he'd bought at Wal-Mart earlier that day.
