It means "Hurricane Chronicles".
From volume 28 onward, the series takes place two and a half years after the previous volume. While simply referred to as Part II in the manga, the anime gave this part of the series the name Naruto: Shippūden

Shippensburg

Shippensburg is a borough in Cumberland and Franklin counties in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Shippensburg is also home to Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, one of 14 universities of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. The University is known for its excellent Education, Psychology, Business, and Communications Programs. Although semi-rural they're are plenty of things to do in Shippensburg (hint: its not hard to find a party). At the end of the Academic Year there is an Annual Block Party as well. Also, Go Raiders!

Naruto: Shippuuden

Naruto: Shippuuden is the continuation of the original animated TV series Naruto. The story revolves around an older and slightly more matured Uzumaki Naruto and his quest to save his friend Uchiha Sasuke from the grips of the snake-like Shinobi, Orochimaru. After 2 and a half years Naruto finally returns to his village of Konoha, and sets about putting his ambitions to work, though it will not be easy, as he has amassed a few (more dangerous) enemies, in the likes of the shinobi organization; Akatsuki.

In Naruto: Shippuuden Naruto will do everything in his power to bring Sasuke back.

An anime or manga of pure righteousness that was created far too early in the flow of time to be truly appreciated for what it really is. Naruto comes back to the village after training under his master for two long years. Sakura is stronger and study useful, hinata is still shy as hell, kiba is still a prick, but not with a big dog. Shiba got even quieter it seems while Shikamaru got even smarter beyond compare. Ino didn't really change but choji grew much kinder and learned how to get even fatter. Tenten summons up many more weapons and rock Lee is officially the reincarnation of Bruce Lee. And Neji... Poor, poor Neji... in the end he was a genius... Sasuke is still being a douche and denying his romantic feels for naruto and we learn much much more shut Itachi and his backstory.

I love that show Naruto Shippuuden

A quaint college in Pennsylvania, conveniently tucked into the Amish countryside. Known for weird squirrels, creepy boys, and their excellent track team.

Shippensburg: nothing to do but party and chill with the Amish.

Shippensburg

A small state college in central Pennsylvania where you are considered cultured if you drink imported beer. Although it is often overshadowed by the Penn state main campus (roughly two hours away) SHIP has been sporting record Underage drinking violations for over a decade. It was recently made into a dry campus but still retains the strong scent of cheap beer and liquor. Ohh, its also a fine place to see cows and get an education.

"Sometimes my dad will come home from the bar drunk and beat me to take out his frustration"
"Didn't your dad graduate from Shippensburg University?"
