The sad reality is that this condition not only harms the individual or organization, but also everyone associated with that person or organization.
Urban Dictionary has been operating in a self destructive mode for many years by not instituting a plan for allowing its volunteer editors to vote to remove homophobic, racist and misogynist definitions that have been "already suggested for removal" but were kept because of the immaturity or mental deficiency of some of its editors. These horrific definitions are then allowed to remain on the UD web page for eternity with no way of removing them.
