Scatterbrain 

When someone is so utterly mentally impaired that words can not describe the complete levels of stupidity they emit, if they were to have an MRI scan on their brain it would most likely show that they are missing over 70-80% of their brain. This word can not be used on people with low levels of common sense or general retards but rather the most idiotic and stupid people that exist on this planet. They are also more than likely extremely irritating.

Friend~"Harry download the game now so you can play with us later"
Harry ~ "NO!! I will play when my dad takes the power cable, controller and hdmi as and I am completely unable to play"
Friend~ "that is essentially the same as a wheelchair bound person with no legs telling us they want to come play football you utter scatterbrain"

Scatterbrained 

Disorganized, all over the place. Making numerous mistakes because your mind is on too many things at once and consequently none at all.

"Oh man! I figured out my finances wrong and overspent, then it turned out I bought the wrong thing and it'll be too late to return for an exchange. Then later I remembered I was supposed to meet somebody for coffee. I totally forgot."

"Man, you need to slow down. You're overworked and overwhelmed and you've become scatterbrained!"

The condition or state of mind of anyone, partygoer or crackheadwho has just had a massive shot "and or'' has not eat'n or sleep't in days, usualy entirely supported by amphetamines, dope and icecoffie.

Normaly well spotted all over the place on a monday or tuesday in the workplace, or wen attempting to pickout somthing from the shops and cant think properly.
