Studmuffin 

Someone who is consistent about gains in the gym and life. A meal prep master. His "steroid" of choice is chicken and broccoli. Cardio has nothing on a studmuffin. It's his cool down after a perfect lifting session.

"What are you taking to get those gains?". Ask Gym bro
