Ruminate

Focusing on past events in your life, typically ones that didn't turn out the way you would've wanted, and reflecting on them relentlessly with a strong outlook of yourself feeling worthless and inadequate. Depression and anxiety usually follows.

A very common negative thought process after breakups.

Jim: "The definition provided by Jack didn't get very many likes. It didn't even get a whole lot of views for that matter. Now Jack ruminates in the event with thoughts of failure and poor self-image."

James: "Jack looks like he has a lot on his mind."
Jane: "His girlfriend just dumped him. It was simple incompatibility reasons."
James: "Ouch, but why is he taking it so hard? They were only dating for two months."
Jane: "Jack spends a lot of time inside his own head with negative self-talk." He ruminates too much instead of using this as an opportunity to grow and improve."

Ruana

She's a warm,kind-hearted person. Though she is very emotional. She loves making friends and gets along with everyone, she may seem a very loud person around people she comfortable with but she's very shy in the inside with other people. People love her and fall in love with her because of he heart-felt personality. It's hard not to be with her. She may not be the most popular but she is the most nice and known by her friends. She is very insecure and hides her true emotions deep down and is too scared to reveal them or open up to someone even if it's their close friends.

Ramana Syndrome

A person who performs the act of assuming non-obvious assumptions, argues about the stating of obvious assumptions, debates the question till the asker forgets the main point and is on the verge of suicide.

People with RS tend to act normally in front of suicidal ( or people who have become suicidal because of some rs-infected person ) people.

1. That new guy in class suffers from Ramana Syndrome.

A : Why is C trying to justify everything that he is saying.

B : I think he had an encounter with a Ramana Syndrome patient.
