When the naughty bits of an otherwise NSFW image are covered by a certain image of American wrestler/actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson an image is said to be (The) Rock blocked.

Poster 1: starts thread asking for the original of an image of some random actress, whose nudity is covered by an image of The Rock.

Poster 2: provides original image of The Rock wearing a tuxedo at some Hollywood party.

To thoroughly rock a large area. "Rocking" however does not have to involve music. If you "rock" at anything, that will do. Tenacious D made this a famous saying with their TV show that aired in the late 90's on HBO.

"Dude, it don't matter who's here, we'll rock whoever comes... we'll rock the block".

rock blocking

to block someones enjoyment of music, seeing it, playing it, or hearing it.

I play drums and sometimes do jobs where other drummers will sit in on my kit. One night at a quiet Jazz gig, this jackass sat in and played super loud, repositioned the drums and Beat on them, denting the drum heads badly!! Rock Blocking!!!! I played with a pop band at SXSW at the Apple store in 08. We didn't have a bass played so the Crazy band leader said I shouldn't play because it would be hard for the band even though they had drums set up already, sounded like an excuse not to pay me for the show too!!!! Rock Blocking by your own band mates!!! I have played shows where someone had pissed off the sound guy and he decided to make it impossible to hear ourselves on stage. He also made us sound like shit!! Rock Blocking!!!
