Quoing

The action of moving with corded electrical equipment, such as power drills, in such a way that your cables do not become tangled, thus allowing you freedom to work.

This comes from the rock band Status Quo who set up their movements on stage to allow their guitar cables to stay untangled.

If you possess a vagina you stick the cool end of the lit cigar or cigarette in and use rhythmic contractions of the vaginal or perineal muscles to suck in and expel air. Try not to burn your pubes. To anyone halfway intelligent, whatever sex appeal there may be in the practice is entirely a matter of the organ used. Not recommended if you have a non-smoking partner who fancies going down on you. Probably not much healthier than the more familiar method. A contraction of "quim" and "smoking". Verb, to quoke.

Quoking looks interesting if you have a high gross-out threshold, no interest in the quoker's health, and it still has novelty value. Otherwise, forget about it.

better be quotin'

to call out a questionable statement as a quote from another source such as a television show, movie, magazine, book or other media.
to argue that a radical statement made by another was from something that person viewed or experienced.
In other words, to say that what somebody said was so fucked up or stupid or just scary that it better have come from something else and not be original.
someone's words going to far and someone else calling them to be fake to hope that they are not being honest and/or serious

Guy 1: i like fat bitches, fat and old, with saggy tits
Guy 2: you better be quotin'

Perv: 12 is the perfect age for girls. 12 man.
Other Guy: I don't know what your problem is man, but you better be quotin'

A nonsensical word created by immature high school students who need a way to "stand out" and distinguish themselves. Obviously these kids don't have enough personality to do this through any other way than posting "quating" on facebook statuses and forming a secret club about the word. It gives them a sense of identity although its superficial because the identity is essentially built around something unreal.
