A female simp. A woman who is overly submissive to men, (i.e. letting men abuse them ), chases a man/men, no matter the conditions or future consequences, or over values a man in hopes wining them over.

Girl 1: "It's obvious that dude doesn't want anything to do with you, why won't you stop being so clingy?"
Girl 2: "He's going to be mine someday. He just doesn't see it yet."
Girl 1: "Don't be a quimp."
