Having someone that knows absolutely nothing about a subject, comes into a room, throws a one line ignorant and biased comment out and quickly retreats.

Similar to walking into a room, laying a huge fart and quickly leaving before the fart begins to smell.

The "guinea pig" or underdog of a group thats the unspoken role of first to be sacrificed or always to be used as bait. Or even the designated kill target. (In video games of course) everyone kills Quig first and then no one says a word about it
