When a girl or guy says nasty hurtful things to someone; but the person that is saying the nasty things really likes the person that he/she is bullying.

Helga is famous for beating up the other kids, her pink dress, and picking on Arnold constantly. Even though she is madly in love with him and carries a picture of him in a heart frame at all times. She is much to insecure to ever tell him.

Helga is the daughter of a crazy beeper sales man and a mom that seems to be drunk all the time.

She also has a best friend name Pheobe, who is very intelligent and lets Helga push her around.

Helga pushed Arnold into the water fountain and then ran off to gaze at her heart shaped picture.

Helga really needs to shave that unibrow.

Putashuta

This is the action taken when someone is pissed at someone and wants revenge. All it involves is 2 angry Latinas, a sandal, a strong Latina arm, and a rationalization behind this absolute #galfight starter. This can solely be done by a Latina female, as it involves extreme hand-eye coordination which can be seen on the common pissed-off Latina. One Latina is walking away thinking she just won the argument and that she is the literal shit. The other Latina then takes her sandal and aimlessly chucks the sandal with the goal of hitting the not-so-cool-thinks-she’s-the-shit Latina, preferably in the head or upper ass. This sandal, having been thrown by a pissed-off Latina, will inevitably hit the other girl.

Juanita just found out she’s not invited to margaritas quinceañera. They get into an intense argument when margarita storms off thinking she is the shit. Right then and there, Juanita pulls a putashuta and hits the bitch in the face. Boom. Putashutad.
