program failure

A euphemism for someone who keeps getting in trouble in prison and whose “points” will consequently go up, leading them to a higher security prison setting.

We can’t just wake up one day and say, “Man, I’m gonna move outta this place,” so we just keep rackin’ up the write-ups until we’re labeled a program failure so we can get a change in scenery!

Program Block

The act of pulling up your programs list from the start menu to block the screen and your window tabs at the bottom of the screen. Usually used at school when a prick of a teacher is making sure you're doing your work. Also used if a porn addict is trying to cover up what website he's on, such as cumfiesta.com.

Zane: Shit Wagners coming!
John: Program Block him.
(Zane pulls up his programs list)
Wagner: I'm glad to see you're not on the internet.
(Wagner walks away)
Zane:Lick my balls Wagener. (He punches DeBolck in the face)

Program Shock

The shock from transitioning from one program to another on a computer.

Usually applies to art programs such as Paint Tool Sai, GIMP, Photoshop, etc. etc.

Person A: Hey, is he alright?

Person B: Yeah, he's just pissed that we don't have GIMP, so he has to use MS Paint instead. Just a little program shock, that's all.

Person A: Ah, okay.

Person C: *fetal position*

Having intimate relations with someone within your college or university program. Often risking a break up and hardships throughout the rest of your post-secondary experience, generally frowned upon especially in smaller program sizes.

Joe: Hey, that girl in our lecture is hot AF.
Greg: No that'd be program incest, you know you never do that.

The person at your job who has an ambiguous role, disappears into conference rooms for hours at a time, and hasn't ever done anything that pertains to your work (that you know of). No one knows what this person does. They are quite literally Milton from Office Space.

The new guy Fabian, from Google, told me he is a program manager. Does anyone know what that actually means?
