Someone with popo sna walks past you and smells like they shit in their pants. Can be a rude awakening to someone who eventually drops trow and see the stains in their underwear.

Did you get a wiff of that guy?! Every time he drinks coffee, he hits the head within minutes. Musta forgot to wipe his ass, I can still smell the popo sna. Anybody got a match?
