A Pootie Tang knows when/where/why/how to act like a bad-ass motherfucker in a respectful and proper manner while being a role model for children and treating the ladies with respect. Definetly the greatest movie ever! Pootie fights crime with a belt and speeks a funny ass language that everyone understands. Hes a rapper, super hero, and a role model.
