Their name is kinda their definition, because they want a boy to "pick them". They act "agressive" or "possesive" when someone tries talking to the boy they're intrested in. We could also call them "Grosses putes" in french or "Salopes", meaning "bitch" in english, because they will just act annoying and make many clichés stuff, and act like an "uwu girl" ( go read the definition if you don't know what this abobination is ).
The pick me girl will also defend herself and will never admit that she is faking all and that's she is a pick me girl.
