Despite being a first ballot future Hall-of-Famer, he is so naive to think that he has a shot at winning the presidency in his native country, the Philippines. He does not have the capability of running a country as evidenced by his poor performance as being a senator.

A country's president should be a learned individual who knows how to run a country so if you dream to become the leader of your country, don't be a Manny Pacquiao!
