Usually it is used in place of a noun that you can't think of, or you can't explain. May also use nissyfoofoo as a plural form, just for a special thing, or as an exclamation.

Get the As nissed as a pewtmug. Derived from swedish name's nisse and per, created to sound silly. It first appeared during a LAN-gaming night playing Serious Sam where one of the players, playing the pirate, took the name nisse-per.
Later it has become synonym with Kankuro's, from Naruto, doll and the grammatically incorrect "sin kompis" meaning Kankuro.
