a walker (street walker or prostitute) that networks to find more clients or sponsors.
derived from the word networker (as in network marketer, mlm'er etc), due to the fact that there's a lot whores in network marketing.

Thank God for netwalkers, I got laid yesterday after I spoke in a networking event.
