A van Niekerk is a Jerman/ South African last name. The people with this last name are usually very open and are the life of the party, they are also very confident and attractive. These people are very loyal and know it! If you come across a van Niekerk keep them close for they will have your back at all cost. Usually late to events but makes up by buying everyone beer!

Person who cranes, stains or otherwise awkwardly turns their head and stares while passing the scene of something interesting (usually morbid in nature).

This is usually seen and performed while driving past the scene of an accident, or any other incident where there are police, firemen or ambulances with lots of flashing lights.

Once Jeremy got in the car he rolled down the windows and showed Ron the candy bar he filched from his backpack and shouted 'neener-neener' while rolling away.

Neener-neener

A childish taunt or jeer pronounced with a nasal sneer, for lack of a more intelligent retort to someone else's jeer or taunt, usually from a peer. Sometimes sung to the tune of "Ring-Around-the-Rosy" for really driving the point home.

My definition is better than all the other stupid definitions listed here - neener neener.
