Necromancer

Brian Lumley defined necromancers in his Necroscope books as people who could learn the secrets of the dead by mutilating their corpses causing their still sentient spirits excruciating agony (they can't die again...). In his books this was a skill resurrected by the soviets

To do with the dead,necromancer games was developed and owned by a majistrate judge that judges people’s lives during the day in domestic family court and at night climbs into his necromancer life and creates monsters and games and how to revive the dead and do unspeakable things that a judge should not even do

Necromancer games doesn’t actually promote any good behaviors as to insure plenty of money for the system in the future
