Dialect of English originating in Michigan, often heard in Wisconsin now. Defined by crazy hand signal dancing, lackadaisical vocabulary, mumbling, and improper pronoun usage. Written version is way harder to understand than spoken version.

She's speaking Meganese again, Tim's going to need a translator he's got no hope.

Manganese

The fictional inhabitants of manga (hence the name) and anime, who are for some reason almost exclusively Caucasian in appearance, despite the fact that most of them must be Japanese by ancestry.

The Manganese have many abilities that other human beings do not. They can dramatically vary the size of their facial features as well as generate a massive drop of sweat when they encounter suitable emotional stimuli.
